How to make a diamond kebab?
There are many types of kebabs, but one of the most popular is the Turkish-style shish kebab, made with marinated cubes of meat grilled on skewers. Here’s a recipe for making Turkish-style shish kebab:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of beef or lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
